The mission of Progress
House, Incorporated is to provide quality comprehensive services for chemically
dependent persons, families, and communities through education, therapy, and
rehabilitation.
We offer the full spectrum of adult mental
health and substance abuse services including rehabilitative, out-patient
and day treatment, and in-patient & residential programs. Client support is
also available through housing, employment, recreation, and self-help
programs. To meet the needs of clients having both substance abuse and
behavioral health problems, a wide variety of out-patient alcohol and drug
abuse services are also available directly through the County and through
contract inpatient and residential facilities. We also offer a special free
service for seniors living at home, Senior Peer Counseling.
The Behavioral
Health Department provides a wide variety of services through its several
divisions. These include Mental Health Services and Alcohol & Other Drug
Services. County employees provide some services, while contracted
individuals and organizations provide other services, with County
monitoring.

Dorado County Public Health Department is to promote the health and safety
of people, their animals and the communities of El Dorado County.

Yolo County Department of
Alcohol, Drug, and Mental Health Services provides a range of mental health
services to community members of all ages, including adults, older adults,
children, and youth. Services are aimed at helping individuals with serious
mental illness live as contributing and successful members of their families
and communities. Services are provided to clients through outpatient clinics
and Regional Resource Centers in Woodland, West Sacramento, and Davis,
school-based sites, and through a network of community agencies and
independent providers. The Department also provides a range of alcohol and
drug prevention and treatment services. Our staff strives to honor diversity
and to ensure the provision of culturally and linguistically competent
services.
